Das j\u00fcngste EuGH-Urteil zur Dublin III-Verordnung ist europarechtlich zu begr\u00fc\u00dfen, politisch fordert aber die EBD schon seit langem, dass mehr Solidarit\u00e4t in Fl\u00fcchtlings- und Asylfragen herrschen muss. Dublin III m\u00fcsse abgeschafft werden, fordern die EBD-Mitgliedsorganisationen schon seit 2015.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c4hnlich wichtig wie die grenz\u00fcberschreitende Solidarit\u00e4t ist f\u00fcr die EBD der Schutz der Demokratie und der Werte, gerade in den EU-Mitgliedstaaten.
