Freue mich schon auf mein Europ\u00e4isierungs- und Lobby-Proseminar am Jean Monnet Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Europ\u00e4ische Politik in Passau. In zwei Bl\u00f6cken versuchen die Studierenden und ich Licht in das &#8222;Lobby-Mehrebenenkonstrukt&#8220; Europ\u00e4ische Union zu bringen.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Das Proseminar behandelt alle Formen von Interessenvertretung im europ\u00e4ischen Mehrebenensystem. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt der Europ\u00e4isierung des Handelns von EU-Akteuren seit der Einf\u00fchrung des Binnenmarktes vor fast 20 Jahren. Arbeitsthese: ohne massive dezentrale Interessenvertretung gef\u00f6rdert durch den 1992 eingef\u00fchrten Binnenmarkt h\u00e4tte sich die Europ\u00e4isierung der EU-Mitgliedstaaten nicht so weit durchgesetzt. Die Krise zeigt, dass nationale \u00d6ffentlichkeiten und Institutionen einen enormen Nachholbedarf haben, die Europ\u00e4isierung zu verstehen und zu nutzen. Forschungsstand und Relevante Themen werden in 12 Lehreinheiten intensiv diskutiert.
